What to expect: Items are delivered outside the property only Customer is responsible for moving items inside Finish quality and fading are covered under warranty Liability ends once items are placed at curbside At delivery: Curbside or sidewalk delivery only No interior placement or unpacking Visual inspection required at time of delivery Any visible damage is documented prior to delivery. Delivery acceptance form confirms condition and completeness Two signatures required: One at scheduling outlining scope and liability One at delivery confirming receipt and satisfaction
Warehouse Pick Up
