The Barbara collection, featuring Italian-designed cabinets, stands out with its 7/8" thick doors with a subtle frame of 3/8" thickness, blending traditional and modern styles. It allows for kitchen customization to suit any taste with its extensive range of available finishes: matte lacquer, MS matte lacquer, embossed lacquer, polisoft lacquer, oak veneer, knotty oak veneer, heat-treated oak, canaletto walnut veneered, cast iron lacquer, metal oxidized and metal lacquer anodyc.

STANDARD BASE

STANDARD CARCASS STRUCTURE

The structure consists of melamine coated panel 3/4“ water-resistant, available in “Grey Orione” and “Grey Emme 6577” or custom finish with an additional cost in thermostructured wood “Black Oak S182” and “Natural Oak S178”. The PVC edges are joined with hygroreactive and thermoresistant glues capable of bearing prohibitive temperatures (-70° + 150°).

3/8” thick “Orione Grey” melamine panel.

7/8" thick square door with 3/8" frame. Available in matte lacquer, MS matte lacquer, embossed lacquer, polisoft lacquer, oak veneer, knotty oak veneer, heat-treated oak, canaletto walnut veneered, cast iron lacquer, metal oxidized and metal lacquer anodyc.

Aluminum profile groove by linear feet (153 1/2"). Available in aluminum, dark brown, titanium, or lacquer matching with the finish door.

The feet are adjustable in height to allow the perfect alignment of the cabinet.

Front aluminium bar grey orione.

Lateral melamine coated panel 3/4” thick. For an additional cost, the side panels can be replaced by finished panels of the same color as the door, or end panels can be ordered. These do not replace the carcass panels; they are placed over them.

The lacquer is specially formulated to prevent water or steam infiltration and offers high scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, UV resistance, and excellent anti-yellowing properties. Before being painted with pigmented polyurethane resin, the panel is carefully prepared and sanded to achieve a smooth and even surface.

7/8" thick MDF panel door smooth to the touch and manually obtained oxidized effect lacquer. The panel door has all of the faces and edges finished. This lacquer is engineered to resist water and steam infiltration, offering high scratch and fingerprint resistance, UV protection, and excellent anti-yellowing properties. Before applying pigmented polyurethane resin, the panel undergoes meticulous preparation and sanding to achieve a smooth and uniform surface.

ANODYC METAL LACQUERED

7/8" thick MDF panel door features a smooth lacquered finish that mirrors the anodyc and mirrored effect of metals. While the anodyc effect is exclusive to the external side, the interior, and edges are in the same tone with a metal effect. This lacquer is specifically designed to resist water and steam infiltration and provides high scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, UV protection, and excellent anti-yellowing properties. Before the application of pigmented polyurethane resin, the panel undergoes careful preparation and sanding to ensure a smooth and uniform surface.

7/8" thick MDF panel door, lacquered with a highly textured finish that simulates cast iron. All faces and edges are finished. This lacquer is specially formulated to prevent water or steam infiltration, offering high scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, UV protection, and excellent anti-yellowing properties. Before painting with pigmented polyurethane resin, the panel is meticulously prepared and sanded for a smooth and even surface.

CARCASS

The structure consists of melamine coated panels 120 g/sq.mt. th.18 mm water-resistant, available in Grey Orione and Grey Emme. The PVC edges are joined with hygroreactive and thermoresistant glues capable to bear prohibitive temperatures (-70° + 150°). The inner shelves are built with materials having the same features of the structure. The shelves sized 90 and 120 cm are provided with a steel front profile which avoids the bending. Upon demand the steel profile can be added to all other size of shelves. The base and tall units (d.61.5) have the back recessed at 88 mm (hygienic recess), whereas the wall units have the back recessed at 16 mm. The back of cabinets is made with panels having the same features of the structure (th.8 mm). The wall units have hiding supports.
