STANDARD BASE
STANDARD CARCASS STRUCTURE
The structure consists of melamine coated panel 3/4“ water-resistant, available in “Grey Graphite”. The PVC edges are joined with hygroreactive and thermoresistant glues capable of bearing prohibitive temperatures (-70° + 150°).
CABINET WITH GROOVE SPECIFICATIONS
Aluminium grey graphite ribbed mold on the back panel.
3/8” thick “Grey Graphite” melamine panel.
3/4" thick smooth square door available in finishes: thermostructured, matte lacquer, glossy lacquer, and laminate.
Aluminum profile groove by linear feet (153 1/2"). Available in aluminum, dark brown, titanium, or lacquer matching with the finish door.
Black aluminum profile standard in cabinets larger than 35-3/8". Smaller cabinets can be added at additional cost.
3/4" thick melamine-coated shelves. For an additional cost, 1/2" thick glass shelves can be ordered.
The door hinges are metallic with a closing spring and 110° opening. All the hinges have millimeter regulations for height, width, and depth. The fixing of the door on the main body is carried out by a fast clamping system which makes assembling and disassembling easier.
3 1/8" aluminum plinth with a maximum length of 157 1/2". They are equipped with dust-proof packing that adheres to the floor, are easily removable for cleaning under the base units, and are available in aluminum, dark brown, or matching lacquer to match the door finish.
The feet are adjustable in height to allow the perfect alignment of the cabinet.

Lateral melamine coated panel 3/4” thick. For an additional cost, the side panels can be replaced by finished panels of the same color as the door, or end panels can be ordered. These do not replace the carcass panels; they are placed over them.
