Sample Return Policy
If you purchase sample doors and later move forward with a full kitchen order through CasaLux, you may return the samples and receive a full refund for up to five (5) doors.If you choose not to proceed with a kitchen order, you may still return the sample doors and receive a 50% refund, applicable to up to five (5) doors.
All returned samples must be in good condition. Please contact the CasaLux team prior to returning any items for further instructions.
